The control center is equipped with Mettler DSC equipment to detect the melting point of raw materials; Equipped with high-definition microscope imaging equipment to detect the bubble layer and pore structure of materials; Equipped with a standard light source box and a miniature gloss meter, create a stable lighting environment to evaluate the surface color and glossiness of the product; Equipped with Martindale abrasion tester, universal testing machine, carbon black disperser, melt index tester, flame retardant tester, etc., to test the relevant physical properties of the product.
The quality control center ensures the quality of new sub element products from raw material testing, process monitoring, to factory product testing.
