The acoustic baffle is embedded in the BIW cavity and consists of fix frame and foam material.
The foam material expands after being heated by the baking line and thus fills the vacancy between the frame and sheet metal. Acoustic baffle can isolate and reduce the noise.
It is widely used in Audi, VW, Cadillac, Buick, Chevrolet, etc.
